Warranty information and return policy

Items returned to Code Red Headsets for credit must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and must be contained in the original packaging and in condition for resale. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be applied to all products returned to Code Red Headsets for credit. Shipping fees are not refundable. No returns on special order items.

You must call or email us if you want to return any items. We will send you an email with a Return Authorization Form (RMA) and return number. The RMA form will have instructions on how to ship the item back to us. We prefer that you ship the item(s) with a tracking number on it because we are not responsible if it is lost in the mail. 858-486-9859 or info@coderedheadsets.com

If your product malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, Code Red Headsets will pay for shipping charges back to the company for replacement - after the first month, shipping charges will become your responsibility. We suggest the client use carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment.

Please fill out the form below with your contact information and the items you are having issues with. You will receive a RMA number by email along with the form you will need to fill out and send with the item.

Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization RMA Form and print a copy to include in the box. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship it to this address:

We do not cover the cost of shipping. We recommend that you ship the item with a tracking number via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail (USPS provides tracking numbers now). We are not responsible if your item is lost in the mail.

Most of our products come with a 1-Year Warranty, except for our ear molds, ear buds, and replacement parts. Our 1-Year Warranty does not cover: user damage, abuse, misuse, pinched wires, and broken/crushed parts.
