Warranty Information and Return Policy



Items returned to Code Red Headsets for credit must be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase and must be contained in the original packaging and in condition for resale. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be applied to all products returned to Code Red Headsets for credit. Shipping fees are not refundable. No returns on special order items.

Most of our products come with a 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty, except for our ear molds, ear buds, and replacement parts. Our 1-Year Warranty does not cover: user damage, abuse, misuse, pinched wires, and broken/crushed parts.

If your product malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, Code Red Headsets will pay for shipping charges back to the company for replacement. After the 30 day period shipping charges will become your responsibility and we will no longer cover the cost of shipping. We suggest to our clients to use carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Code Red is not responsible if your package is lost in the mail.
